Refund and Returns policy

We do our stylish to insure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an

(a) incomplete order, (b) expired product,

(c) damaged product, (d) incorrect product,

 2 – please notify Zetaherb User Support immediately within 5 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution.

3 – Please note that Zetaherb will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt.

ng days for the credit to appear in your account, If the mode of refund is by Credit/ disbenefit Card or Net Banking. While we lament any vexation caused by this time frame, it’s the bank’s policy that detainments the refund timing, and we’ve no control overthat.However, credit should be available within 24 hours, If the mode of refund is by portmanteau.
